Susan joined the team at The Lanesborough Club & Spa in July 2021 and brings with her nearly 20 years’ experience managing both private member-only spas and five star hotel leisure facilities. Susan started her career at The Four Seasons Hotel in Dublin as a Spa Therapist. Her experience grew and she worked as a Senior Therapist in spas based within five star hotels for 6 years before moving to London to run a number of successful spas & members clubs across the city offering five star services to members and clients.
