Laura joined The Lanesborough Club & Spa as Club & Spa Manager in 2024 with over 20 years of industry experience. She has worked in various roles and locations, both in the UK and internationally, in luxury settings such as The Ritz Carlton, Jumeirah Hotels and Regent Cruise Lines. Laura is responsible for overseeing the operations of the Club & Spa and is the main point of contact for anything relating to the club facilities.
