With over a decade in the sports and fitness industry and a Bachelor's degree in Physical Education, Aga offers a blend of academic knowledge and hands-on experience. Her background as a swimming instructor, PE teacher, and former gymnast and athlete provide her a holistic approach to fitness. Specialising in strength training, weight loss and body transformation, Aga is also certified in Mat Pilates and teaches Spinning, HIlT and Body Sculpt. She combines exercise with nutritional advice to help clients meet their goals. Aga's focus on functional training enhances strength, builds gym confidence and corrects imbalances.
