Our team of personal trainers and fitness instructors run small-sized fitness classes daily in our private studio and the group fitness area of our expansive gym, with no more than four participants per class, allowing our instructors to focus on each member individually.
Group exercise is a wonderful way of maintaining your fitness goals as well as introducing new techniques into your workouts, and having fun at the same time.

We offer on average 40 classes per week. Classes are free and exclusive to members and hotel guests of The Lanesborough.
